HANDS is a project developed in 2013 by Octavi Serra, Mateu Targa, Daniel Llugany and Pau Garcia in Spain.  We love to see artists taking action in their streets to make a powerful statement about current political issues. The video opens up with some media footage discussing Spain's deficit problem, which sets the tone and intention for their street art project. Enjoy!
