San Francisco | March 26 | Chris Duncan: Between the Lines

Giant Robot SF Presents
Chris Duncan: Between the Lines
622 Shrader Street, San Francisco, CA 94117

Saturday, March 26 through Monday, May 2
Opening reception: March 26, 6:30pm to 10pm

Giant Robot SF is pleased to announce its first solo show, Between the
Lines, featuring art by Chris Duncan. His works explore color,
process, life, death, and energy through mixed media pieces. His
vibrant and remarkably unique art is raw yet refined, and the use of
birds in his paintings convey the spiritual and personal nature behind
his work.

Chris Duncan has shown throughout North America, and he has also
co-curated several group exhibitions. He is the co-founder of Keepsake
Society (www.keepsakesociety.com), an Oakland-based art collective,
and is one half of the publishing team behind the art zine “Hot and
Cold.” He holds a BFA from California College of Arts and Crafts and
currently lives in Oakland.

Between the Lines will be on view at GRSF, 622 Shrader Street and
Haight through May 2, 2005
